A custom reservation solution with target language functionality and support from PacRim's multilingual online concierge staff was integrated into the Japanese and Korean-language websites. During its first year live in 2013, Ruth’s Chris Hawaii received 858 reservations. Last year, the reservation form collected a total of 14,364 bookings.
